૧. ઈચ્છા: કોઈ ચોક્કસ ધ્યેય કે પરિણામ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે તીવ્ર ઈચ્છા કે પ્રબળ મહત્વાકાંક્ષાથી શરૂઆત કરો.

૨. શ્રદ્ધા: તમારામાં અને તમારા ધ્યેયને પ્રાપ્ત કરવાની તમારી ક્ષમતામાં અતૂટ વિશ્વાસ રાખો.

૩. સ્વ-સૂચન: તમારી માન્યતાઓ અને ધ્યેયોને મજબૂત બનાવવા માટે સકારાત્મક સ્વ-વાર્તાલાપ અને સમર્થનનો ઉપયોગ કરો.

૪. વિશેષ જ્ઞાન: તમારા ધ્યેયને પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે જરૂરી જ્ઞાન અને કુશળતા પ્રાપ્ત કરો.

૫. કલ્પના: તમારા ધ્યેયની કલ્પના કરવા માટે તમારી કલ્પનાશક્તિનો ઉપયોગ કરો અને તેને પ્રાપ્ત કરતા જુઓ.

૬. સંગઠિત આયોજન: તમારા ધ્યેયને પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે વિગતવાર કાર્ય યોજના બનાવો.

૭. નિર્ણય: તમારી યોજનાને અનુસરવાનો દૃઢ નિર્ણય લો અને ક્યારેય હાર ન માનો.

૮. દ્રઢતા: અવરોધો કે અડચણોનો સામનો કરવો પડે ત્યારે પણ તમારા ધ્યેય તરફ આગળ વધતા રહો.

9. માસ્ટર માઇન્ડની શક્તિ: તમારી જાતને સમાન વિચારધારા ધરાવતા લોકોથી ઘેરી લો જે તમને ટેકો આપે છે અને પ્રોત્સાહિત કરે છે.

૧૦. સેક્સ ટ્રાન્સમ્યુટેશનનું રહસ્ય: તમારી જાતીય ઉર્જાની શક્તિનો ઉપયોગ તમારી ઇચ્છા અને પ્રેરણાને બળ આપવા માટે કરો.
